Most marketing buys activity.
Yours should buy customers.
I build growth systems for businesses that need revenue — positioning that makes you the obvious choice, one acquisition channel built end to end, and automation doing the work you can't afford to hire for. First real conversations in 30 days, not two quarters.
Built by an operator who ships product, not an agency that ships decks.
- 30 days
- To first qualified conversations
- 1
- Channel, built properly
- Fixed
- Scope and price, always
- You
- Own everything we build
Where it breaks
Growth rarely stalls for the reason people think it does.
It's almost never the ad budget. Whether you sell software, services, or something in between, the real constraint is usually one of these four — and the fix is cheaper than the spend you were about to approve.
You're invisible where customers now look
People ask Google, ChatGPT, and their friends before they ever reach your site. If none of those mention you, you were eliminated before the shortlist existed.
Your site describes you, not their problem
A visitor can't tell in five seconds who you're for, what you fix, or why you over the next tab. That confusion costs you quietly, every single day.
Leads arrive and quietly rot
No routing, no speed-to-lead, no follow-up system. The pipeline problem is often a response-time problem wearing a costume.
Everything is manual
Research, follow-up, reporting, review requests — all done by hand or not at all. That's a headcount problem you can solve with tooling instead.
How to work with me
Three ways in. All fixed scope, all fixed price.
No hourly billing, no open-ended retainers that quietly become a subscription to nothing. Every engagement is quoted as a fixed price against a defined deliverable before we start — no surprises on either side.
Growth Audit
5 business days
A forensic teardown of your funnel. I find where pipeline is leaking and hand you a ranked 90-day plan you can run with or without me.
- 31-point audit of positioning, site, funnel, and channels
- Competitor and SERP/AI-visibility teardown
- ICP and message-market fit assessment
- Ranked 90-day roadmap with effort/impact scoring
- 90-minute walkthrough call and recording
Growth Sprint
30 days
We pick one channel and build the whole engine end to end — messaging, assets, automation, and tracking — until it produces real conversations.
- Everything in the Growth Audit
- Rewritten positioning and core messaging
- One channel built to first customers (outbound, search, local, referral, or paid)
- Landing pages and lead capture wired into your CRM
- Automation for research, personalization, and follow-up
- Weekly working sessions and a full handoff doc
Fractional Growth Lead
Monthly, 3-month minimum
I run growth as part of your team — strategy, execution, and the tooling underneath it — for a fraction of a senior hire.
- Own the growth roadmap and channel mix
- Hands-on execution, not just advice
- Build and maintain your marketing and automation stack
- Manage contractors, agencies, and vendors
- Monthly reporting against pipeline targets
- Direct Slack access
Not sure which fits? Start with the audit. It credits fully toward a sprint if you decide to keep going.
Selected work
I've built the thing I'm advising you on.
Most growth consultants have only ever marketed someone else's product. I designed, shipped, and priced an AI product in a market that does not forgive vague positioning.
Turning a half-day insurance write-up into a 30-second AI report
The problem
Roofing contractors and public adjusters were spending half a day producing a single storm-damage assessment — and losing claims to documentation that couldn't stand up to a carrier.
What we built
A photo-in, report-out product: 23 damage classifications, severity and confidence scoring, Xactimate codes, and jurisdiction-specific building-code citations across 14 states — HAAG-aligned so an adjuster takes it seriously.
The growth work underneath it
Sharp ICP definition (contractors, public adjusters, storm-chase crews, carriers), a five-tier price ladder from $99 to $599 that lets a solo contractor start and a storm-season crew scale, and a homeowner-facing “roof report card” that turns every job into a referral asset.
Outcomes
- 30 sec
- Per-photo analysis, down from a half-day write-up
- 23
- Damage types classified automatically
- 14
- States with jurisdiction-specific code citations
- 5
- Pricing tiers, $99 to $599/mo
The process
Thirty days from “go” to real conversations.
The same sequence every time. It works because it refuses to skip the unglamorous part — getting the message right before buying traffic.
- 01Days 1–5
Diagnose
I go through your site, funnel, CRM, competitors, and search visibility against a 31-point checklist. You get a ranked list of what's actually costing you customers — not 40 generic recommendations.
- 02Days 6–12
Sharpen
We fix the message before we spend a dollar amplifying it. Who it's for, what breaks without you, why you and not the alternative. Everything downstream gets cheaper when this is right.
- 03Days 13–27
Build one channel
One channel, built end to end — assets, landing pages, CRM wiring, automation for research and follow-up. One channel that works beats four that half-work.
- 04Day 28+
Hand off or run it
You get the documented system, the automations, and the tracking — yours to keep. Either your team runs it, or I stay on and run it with you.

The Growth Audit: 31 checks that reveal exactly where your business is leaking customers
The same checklist I run on paid engagements. Work through it yourself in an afternoon — or send it to me and I'll tell you which three things to fix first.

Questions
The things people ask before booking.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency assigns you a junior account manager and bills monthly for activity. You get me, I do the work, the scope is fixed, and you keep every asset and automation we build. If it stops being worth it, you stop — nothing is hostage.
We're pre-revenue / very early. Is this too soon?
Probably, for the sprint. If you don't yet have a repeatable reason people buy, start with the audit — it's built to find message-market fit problems, which is the actual bottleneck at that stage.
Which channel will you pick?
Whichever one your customers already move through, which the audit determines — outbound, search, local presence, referrals, or partnerships. I won't recommend paid until the message converts organically, because paid only makes a weak message expensive.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and be skeptical of anyone who does — too much depends on your product and market. What I do guarantee is fixed scope, fixed price, and that you own everything. If the audit doesn't give you at least three things worth acting on, I refund it.
What do you need from us?
About two hours a week from someone who can make decisions, access to your analytics and CRM, and honest answers about what hasn't worked. That's it.
How fast can we start?
Audits typically start within a week. Sprints depend on current capacity — I run a maximum of two at a time so they get real attention.
